Meeting Cancelled

Christmas Tidings & Reminders for the New Year

A reminder for the new year — entries (titles) for the Frank Young three-of-a-kind competition must be in by 6th Jan.
Lastly, all members are welcome to have their own gallery on the website. Anyone wishing to put a few images up, please contact Simon.
Staffs Photo Clubs Digital Image Competition

The annual Staffs 8-way digital projected image competition was held on 18th November at Rugeley. The results and Tamworth's entry are now online.
Club Exhibition of Photography

The club's annual public exhibition will be held on Saturday 26th September at Tamworth Town Hall. Entrance is free, and club members will be on hand to chat about the images and photography in general.
Update — 2009 / 2010 Club Season

The first meeting after the summer break will be held on the 9th September. As usual, it will be a social evening and subs will be due!
On the following week, the 16th Sept, the first competition of the club year will be held. It is an open subject competition.

1940's Weekend

A couple of members (Dave & Kim) recently visited the 1940's weekend at Haworth, Yorkshire.
...It was a 40's weekend - period dress, vehicles etc. where all the people (some great characters) were happy to be photographed.

Staffs 8-Way Print Competition

MCPF Print & DPI Competition

Tamworth recently entered the annual MCPF Print and Digital Projected Image (DPI) competition which is the top Midlands club event of the year. A report and the results are now online.
Photoshop CS4 Course

The club will shortly be offering a series of Photoshop CS4 tutorials. The course is aimed at newcomers to digital imaging and is open to non-members. Please register your interest here.
Tamworth Wins PAGB Small Clubs Competition

The images and results from the recent PAGB Small Clubs Cup are now online. Tamworth was placed first out of the 58 clubs with less than 50 members who entered.
